While out on a hike, I noticed a strange marker beside an abandoned logging road that had been turned into a trail. Something caught my eye in the woods above, so I investigated further and found some interesting remains.

The remains appear to be from an early 1970's Ford Mustang. The green colors blend into the forest under story almost seamlessly. I didn't find much more than what's pictured here. This car could have been stolen and brought here to be parted out like so many others are here in the National Forest.
