I have to admit, I am a cyclist. I have been known as the guy who rides a bike to work at an automotive shop. Just recently, I even rode my bike to a car club meeting!
Cycling is so much fun, and so good for the body. I feel infinitely better when I'm on my usual routine of riding two or three times a week and eating a clean diet of good food. I sleep better, I'm more productive at work, and I'm happier overall.
