| Fortunately, this axle just needed to be disassembled, cleaned & painted, and reassembled. After a thorough cleaning, the king pins and bushings are OK. |

| Note the paint break near the leaf spring- this car was already assembled, so that limits what I can do here. These outer axle ends are the most involved so I clean these while I've got the brakes apart for service anyway. |

| See the difference? No money in parts here, just two or three hours time on this side. |
